VISION
The Philippine Bookkeepers Congress envisions a unified roster of bookkeepers in the country working towards its recognition as proud professionals singled out as crucial partners in the development and management of every field or industry it chooses to be.

MISSION
To provide an annual unified forum geared towards the delivery of an up-to-date and timely transfer of technical, legal and financial knowledge while seeking means to institute help, support and industry-lead services within members of the bookkeeping industry.

She is a CPA-lawyer and a Career Executive Officer with Rank VI Conferred by the Civil Service Commission.

 

Atty. Diaz completed a management course at Asian Institute of Management and participated in seminars here and abroad which include the following:

  • Regional Seminar-Investigation, Enforcement and Prosecution
    Manila, Philippines

  • Investigating Financial Underpinnings of Terrorism: Investigators Course

    Part II: PSB academy, Singapore

 

She is actively involved in the professional development of practitioners (lawyers and accountants) by providing lectures in numerous seminars with varying topics such as corporate laws, SEC accounting rules, corporate governance and capital market.

 

Atty. Diaz is continuously participating in the drafting, amending and implementation of rules and regulations on securities market, corporate governance and capital market.

 

She received the following awards:

  • CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPLARY SERVICE given by the Secuties and Exchange Commission in December 2002
  • YOUNG ACHIEVERS AWARD IN GOVERNMENT SERVICE given by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Metro Manila Region in July 2003
