Along with other guest speakers Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Commissioner Joel L. Tan –Torres, who will be speaking on “The Impact of PFRS Adoption on Philippine Taxation”, Dr. Rosalinda D. Evangelista, sought after Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) consultant and Sarah Songalia, Managing Partner of SS & Associates.
