Ms. Bobbe Barnes is a highly qualified educator and consultant with over 40 years of professional experience in professional certification; governmental accounting, accounting Training of Trainers (TOT) programs in the United States and abroad. Currently, she delivers workshops worldwide on such accounting topics as IFRS and US GAAP. In the past she worked extensively in Central Asia developing the Certified International Professional Accountant (CIPA) certificate program, developing training courses, examinations, and overseeing the development of accounting education.
